I'm not sure about that, but the Trust might still have been a reputable organisation able to influence proceedings on behalf of its members.

Phil,
It appears to me that who ever issued this so called gagging order is no longer in a position to enforce it.
You may have read my musings elseware on the Trust site......I am in the process of communicating with Glen Roley and would offer my help( as a co-opted member of the Committee.) to get together a legal quorum to at least go through the existing paper work,to see if we have any grounds for an appeal against the original" take over."?
I should imagine that with the adverse reaction to the current take over and the back ground of the people who are proposing to "save" us,there will be little difficulty in raising the supporters interest in the Trust.

Just to clarify the rules, co-opting people onto the board wouldnt make it quorate, there HAS to be an election. So until the current board resign or call an election, there is nothing that can be done. And that is holding members to ransom.

I am absolutely certain there isn't the money in the Trust to fight a legal battle, let alone fill the void left by Munto's reckless spending policy. Returning the Trust's shareholding would achieve nothing positive.

I'm agin it.
