Discuss matters or to tell people that we have not got any investment coming in, we are not seeking anyone to buy the club or take the club forward and finally to accept that relegation and fewer fans is a small price to pay to keep the trust board on their power hungry trip ?

Roweyp,
As one of most critical of supporters that uses this message board why not make use of this facility to speak to Board members and Club Directors rather than constantly sniping? And as for Trust Board members being on a power trip personally I get fed up with this accusation, which is always rolled out. You seem to forget that -like you - we are all supporters and that it hurts to see our club struggling at the wrong end of the table.

Yes it hurts ! Surely those that are on the trust board are doing so as they believe they can improve the club. These accusations would not be made if we as fans (on the outside) could see that a new buyer was being sort and that those board members would state openly that they would happily give up the role they were playing in the club if someone better qualified to do so was around. I accept someone like Adam Pearson did not make an offer but people like that do not just turn up at the club they have to be sought and have the club and it potential sold to them. Do we have a board member who's job it is to go out and try and find these people ? I hope you can see why many fans think that the trust board simply want to keep their share of the club so they can be part of running their club ? If the trust were coming out admitting they were seeking a buyer for Notts County and doing whatever they could to bring in someone on the right terms to take the club forward then I am sure the fans would not be so damning.
