In response to queries from members, If there are any members who are concerned that their SGM proxy voting forms will not reach the Supporters Direct office in London in time for the deadline, the Club Chaplain Rev. Mark Tanner has kindly agreed to accept proxy forms (in sealed envelopes) in the Trust office before the match today. He will then transfer any items collected directly to Supporters Direct ahead of the meeting.

The Trust rules on the acceptance of proxy votes is “Any question as to the validity of a proxy is to be determined by the Chair of the meeting whose decision is to be final.” There will be an independent Chair at the meeting, and Supporters Direct are aware that we offering this additional collection of proxies.
