I do not believe that the Trust has the ability to request a direct debit from your account.

A standing order is where you tell your bank to make a payment on a certain date, the Trust do not collect the standing orders. What is scandalous is that SO payers (and life members) have forked out, but have the same rights as those who have not paid.

I stand corrected meant to say Direct Debit will edit the post, My appologies.

Apologies to all readers, I originally posted Standing Order then changed it to Direct Debit, I must have been having A Senior Moment Day it happens when you reach my age.

As you were it is Direct Debit, Oh & by the way still No Answers.

Merry Crimble & A Happy New Year. (I Hope)

Thank you to the Trust for the constant flow of communications over the last few weeks which has really maintained Trust members confidence and which has more than justified my investment in a life membership.

I too have life membership and expected that money would be spent on legal advice in matters of such critical importance. The complete lack of any response or even acknowledgment does those on the Board no favours. You are supposed to represent the membership, if you only care to listen!

As someone who wholeheartedly supported the "gift over "on the basis of the 5 year guarantee, I would like to add my voice to those that are seeking more information about it.

It would be nice for anyone from the Trust to say something even if they too are unclear what is going on.

May we have at least some sort of leadership on this extremely important issue.

You have my membership fee I now want something in return!

Is their any Danger the Trust Message Board Technician / Message Poster will be posting any replies to the questions that are waiting on the Board for a Response in the near future please.

Or is it just a rumour that he is making a New Year Resolution to answer questions within twentyfour hours of them being asked. As a Trust you have taken our subscriptions now earn them & provide the answers we are all seeking.

Interesting to see that Peter Trembling took time out from his Christmas Celebrations to undertake a Question & Answer Session on the Notts County Mad Board on Sunday December 27th.

Yet still Questions remain unanswered on the Trust Board that have been posted for weeks. As a fully paid up Trust Member can anyone from the Trust please explain why these Questions have not been answered, & when you expect to have answers, we are waiting.

The delay in any response, as I assume the Trust Board waits to see that PT can complete a refinancing in time is not good enough. I repeat the Board have a responsibility to its membership to reply to the questions raised and not sink their heads into the sand in the hope that the problems (like todays news of another Winding Up petition) will just go away.

Good Morning Glen Rolley, Or is it?

My wife & I are fully paid up Trust Members, membership numbers 446 & 447,Questions have been posted on this Board for many weeks & answers have not been forth comming from the Trust Board that we as members empowered to serve us. I have some more questions for you on yet another Dark Day for the Football Club that we Love, I would appreciate an answer to these questions.

Correction, We Demand an answer to these questions, you presented your mandates & were elected to power on the strength of those mandates, now serve your membership as you undoubtably vowed too.

1) When Munto came into purchase the Club who amongst you carried out, or sort out Lawyers to carry out a Due Diiligence on Munto Finance, QuadBak & all the associated names involved with the group wishing to takeover our Club.Or did you as a Trust just presume you had enough information to allow them to walk in & take us as it now appears for "A Ride".

2) The reported £5 million that Munto were to have agreed to leave the Club should they depart before the five year project was completed. Who on the Trust Board was given the duty to ensure that this amount of money was placed in an account where we could draw on it should the project go upside down & Munto walk away as it has surely has done. Was this letter taken to the Trusts Legal Advisers or even presented to Supporters Direct for conformation of its Legality. I suspect not as you were all to busy patting each others backs & making sure that we as Trust Members voted for this take over, Alegedly. At least that is the impression I received.

3) Would it be asking too much for a statement of the Trusts Bank Account to be presented to its Membership, or are we not allowed as fully paid up members to view this document. The reason I ask is that it may just be that any monies in the Trust Account would be better used trying to settle this latest Winding Up Order that you as our Trust Board told us we would never ever have any more financial problems. Thanks Glen for all the good advice we all appreciated it.

I have some advice for our Trust Board. :-

You Can Take The Pith Out Of The People Some Of The Time.

But Not All The Time.

Every Thing Forward & Trust In The Lord.

P.S. We also have more questions appertaining to people who are no longer seen at Meadow Lane on Match Days & were prominent people alegedly at The Lane.
