2. Will the trusts shareholding be reduced below 50% when all the loans are converted into shares? What will be the trusts % when this happens?

No. Only the Trust's loans have the prospect on cenversion to shares.

Only the trusts loans have the prospect to convert, indicates there are other loans.

Hi, thankyou for answering my questions from reading this it is my understanding that the club has loans from three sources:
1.The Trust (£166,500)
2.Anonymous Trust Member 1(£Unknown)
3.Anonymous Trust Member 2(£Unknown)

The 1st the Trust doesn't expect to be repayed but to be converted to shares at a later date.

The other 2 are being repayed at agreed rates

Is this a correct interpretation of the situation? I had heard that the other original share holders when the original allocation of shares was made, elected to have some of thier investment represented as loans rather than shares, have these been repayed or do they still exist?

hi bink here. at first i was very apprehensive. but in hindsight i think what is happening at the moment and in football in general this will give the club serious time for stability and become a very attractive investment opportunity for the future. lets do it guys.
best wishes. bink
