I don't see what some of you are worried about. What do you actually fear they may do ? The club is worth very little, there is plenty of land to build on if the wanted to and the club has virtually no assets so why would a group of middle eastern businessmen suddenly target us to make a profit from ? They clearly want to turn us into a bigger and more successful club as that is the ONLY way they can make any money from the venture and lets be honest with the money they have then perhaps all they want is to try and make a club from the pit of oblivion to a success.

What happens to the Trust post takeover ?
If it is wound down what about those people who are Life Members or have paid a 5 year membership ? Would they get a refund on the unused period or would the funds just be gifted ?
No self interest just curious.

I understand that all shares are intended to be gifted by all shareholders. Does this mean that they WILL all be gifted or that they MIGHT? If might, is it possible the trust shares be gifted only if the other shareholder's shares are?
I also believe that loans to the club are to be repaid by Munto but that the trust loans are not. Could we know the value of loans outstanding payable to the trust please?

I take note of the bank guarantees about the level of investment. However what provisions would be in place to prevent the Investment Group withdrawing that money through high annual dividends or other arrangements ? The investment would then be nothing.
Is there going to be a cap on dividends and service charges from the Investment Fund for 5 years ?
