Just to let you know all those lovely bits of paper you have all filled in have been converted into a working database by yours truly. This will enable us to send immediate information out to those equipped with email. For those requiring traditional methods this is catered for as well with printing of address labels and a facility to produce personalised mailings. We have plenty of volunteers to fold envelop and take delivery to the post box. Now stamps might prove to be a problem in the short term so I would guess all information will also be handed out at home and away games wherever possible.
