On Tuesday 27th January, the Pie Fanzine and the Supporters Trust held a quiz night in the Oriental Suite at Meadow Lane. Despite the very poor weather conditions, 26 teams of between 4 and 6 people turned up and a grand night was had by all.

The Nottingham Brewery donated two barrels of their best ale and this was very well received, but could have accounted for some of the strange answers later on. In fact the Club took over £1,000 behind the bar and the Trust over £400 in entry fees and raffle tickets.

The winning team received a selection of prizes, the main one being 4 match day packages, including a meal at the ground.

In the end, everyone enjoyed themselves so much that, following a number of requests, the next one is already being planned. Watch this space.

The Supporters Trust would like to thank Steve Westby for putting the quiz together and being such an entertaining quiz master and those (you know who you are) who helped with the organisation and scoring on the night.
