Dear reader
The Trust gets quite a lot of these - football is big in student surveys this year: this one was sent to a load of different trusts' e-mail addresses, tho it seems the applicant wants replies from fans as opposed to trusts. Anyway if you want to fill it in and return it that's obviously up to you.

Cheers

Hi!

I'm a Kidderminster Harriers fan, and for my university course I am doing a
research project on how the money at the top of the game is affecting clubs
lower down the ladder like ourselves. The project will also feature the cash
crisis of British football in general.

I would be greatful if I could have your views on the matter by filling in
the very short survey below (by replying to the message and filling in your
answers and then returning it to me). You can write as little or as much as
you want! Also, if you have any contacts who you think may fill in the
survey by e-mail, then don't hesitate to forward it on and return the
results to me (ajmatthewskhfc@hotmail.com). That would be a great help.

Time for a grilling:

Which club do you support?

How long have you been supporting them?

Is your club currently suffering any financial problems? (Yes/No) If so, are
you genuinely worried about the future of your club?

Do you think that the extreme amounts of money at the top of the game are
indirectly affecting your club? What are your views?

The influx of foreign players in the top flight now seems to be part and
parcel of the English game. Do you think this will be a major factor in
smaller clubs failing to produce the next International stars? Why?

Does your club have a trust or association in place that would try to secure
the future of the club in the event of difficulty? If so, are you a member?

How do you feel about the current cash crisis that is affecting clubs that
are in administration? Is this a result of the nature of the game, or
financial mis-management?

Thanks again,

Adam :-)
