THIS POST IS IN REPLY TO LES FROM BAKERSFIELD WHO RAISED THE SUBJECT DOWN AT THE RECENT FANS FORUM AND ON MATCHTALK ON THE 1/03/04.THIS DRAW WAS LAUNCHED DURING THE NEIL WARNOCK ERA AFTER A THINK TANK SESSION IN THE NAVIGATION ONE FRIDAY NIGHT(COUNTY 75 SALES STAFF WEEKLY WIND-DOWN SPOT AFTER A REGULAR HECTIC WEEK)PETE ORME BROUGHT THE IDEA TO OUR OTHER LES(BOMBER BRADD)ATTENTION,THE PANTHERS WERE DOING ONE AND PETE SAW NO REASON WHY WE COULDNT IT WAS SUCCESFUL FROM DAY ONE WITH TICKETS AT 50P OUR BEST EVER PRIZE BEING A £1000,THE TICKETS WERE INCREASED TO A £1 BY GORDON FISHER WHO TOOK OVER FROM BOMBER AS LOTTERY MANAGER AND HE ADDED TO IT A COUPLE OF EXTRA PRIZES.THERE IS NO REASON WHY WE CANT REPRICE THE TICKETS LES(BAKERSFIELD)BUT WHETHER THIS WILL IMPROVE SALES IS ANOTHER QUESTION,WE HAD ONE NOTTS FAN WHO WORKED AT PLAYERS AND HE SOLD OVER £200 WORTH OF TICKETS FOR US EVERY MATCH THIS IS WHY THE PRIZE WAS BIGGER,ALSO WE HAD LARGER ATTENDANCES AND SUCCESS ON THE PITCH I HOPE BOTH OF THESE FACTORS ARE NOT TO FAR AWAY,GARY MILLS IS RELIGHTING THE FIRE.IF FANS WANT TO SELL TICKETS PRIOR TO THE GAME COME AND HAVE A CHAT WITH ME I SELL BY THE MAIN GATES,AS TO THE PRICING WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL NEXT SEASON AS THE TICKETS WE HAVE IN STOCK AT THE MOMENT WILL HAVE TO BE USED.THANKS FELLOW FANS FOR YOUR ONGOING SUPPORT.
