At Saturday's game in Block Z against Grimsby the atmosphere was flat. To make matters worse we were losing 0-2. For a club trying push a family fun image can what have you got against beach balls full of air? Its this nit picking by certain stewards, like that takes the fun out a good day out.
Thankfully Mr Oakes was on hand to cheer us up(why hasn't he been offered a deal yet).

I thought it was a bit miserable at the time, but Mr Magpie's daughter seemed to have taken a smack in the eye during the 'fun.' After the match, her parents were talking about taking her to the hospital.
Maybe the stewards weren't so wrong.

1. It's a beach ball full of air.
2. The match footBALL would hurt alot more if it gets kicked into the crowd
This is pure lunacy. perhaps we should put nets up to "protect the "crowd""

Surely if the club wants attendances up, the main emphasis of the club atittude to match day should be such that the crowd have a good time, even if the result goes the wrong way.

I would think that she was punched in the eye, accidentally, by people enloying themselves. Don't get me wrong, I was hitting the beachball about on Saturday, but when someone gets hurt it's time to stop.
