Bob,

Internet message boards are notorious for spreading rumours, half truths and misinformation.

We understand that the Club Board itself has placed this and other matters in the hands of the Police.

Nigel....thanks for that enlightening fact.

Now, back to my original question which you seem to have avoided.

Is the allegation true? I take it you were at that meeting.......and no half truths, misinformation or rumour please. Just a straightforward Yes or No

Perhaps if you were more open with supporters, these rumours, half truths and misinformation wouldn't be going through the message boards.

Back to Bob's question. Is it true JAH admitted he took and destroyed letters that were not addressed to him?

There's 15 witnesses. Are the trust/club board saying these people are liars?

As a long-standing member of the Trust I too would like to see a simple YES or NO answer to this question please... and ahead of the meeting on Tuesday so that I can make my own mind up on which way to vote at the SGM.

Thanks

Equally would like a yes or no answer. It would also be interesting whether the police have been made aware of the alleged witnesses to the confession.

Nigel,

Was you was at the meeting? Yes! (I'll answer that one for you! Only took 3 key hits to type Yes)

Did JAH stand up and say he destroyed the letters? Yes or No.

Simple answer really.

All this "bear with us" lark is just bollox!!! You was there Nigel - why cant you answer the question? Yes or No? Where's all this Trusts "transparacy" to its members? Whats the bloody point of being a member if we are just going to be fobbed off with politician answers because the remaining trust board are just going to dictate to its membership what they think they should hear and not the truth!

The whole lot of you should stand down now and stand for re-election. Lets see if the membership want you to represent them then!

So simple answer Nigel - would you stand down and go for re-election even if thats what your members wanted? Yes or No?

I'm in the trust, have been since day one. But I have to say, the trust are doing themselves no favours recently and I know many who are thinking of letting their membership lapse (me & my dad included, season ticket holders). They have a terrible reputation amongst the fans recently, the whole thing seems unprofessional, there are more half-truths and rumours because of the lack of transparency in these issues than anything else.

Don't, whatever you do, let your membership lapse. That gives 'em carte blanche to do what they like.

Use your vote. If they're not open, if they're not accountable, vote them out.

What? Bear with you a little longer until after tomorrow's AGM in the hope that this little 'issue' gets lost amongst more propoganda?

You must think us Notts fans are stupid!

To anyone thinking of quitting the Trust (and believe me I've come close recently) this is actually the time to stick with it and use your vote to get these people out.

Nigel, this is not a question for 'us' (presumably you mean the trust board), it is a personal question for YOU to answer in a personal capacity. Yes or No.

Nigel, a lot of people would like an answer to what is a very simple question. Your silence will be far more damaging than telling the truth.
