For the SGM we have received notification of the agenda and of the fact that each party can present their views in writing to the membership before the meeting.

Does that mean that there will be any opportunity for example to discuss the possibility of redefining slightly the role of the supporter directors as my thoughts below? Or is the agenda rigid?

Possibly the role of supporter director should be defined as 'non executive' director (or chairman even) but if the role becomes in any way 'executive' they must resign as trust director and be appointed to the club board in the way anyone else could become a director of the club board?

It is because the supporter directors have formed a majority 'executive' faction of the club board that we are in this mess. We need a Club Managing Director/Chief Executive to be appointed SOON.

The agenda at the SGM is rigid. Rule 34 states, among other things, "The meeting is not to transact any business other than that set out in the requisition and the notice convening the meeting."

Will we be able to ask questions to each party presenting?

It is likely that this will be the case.
The meeting will be under the control of the Independent Chair, the rules of the meeting are being worked on now by Supporter Direct.
The organisation of a meeting such as this is, as far as we are aware, without precedent.
