Further to Cher's question could Glenn also comment on the following which was posted to the NCFC Mailing List. Reproduced with kind permission of the author.

To clarify the documents registered at companies house are dated later than the actual appointments and signatures. I have copies but the dates are Glenn Rolley Appointed Director as of 24/4/2009 and the form is signed and dated 24/4/2009

Peter Trembling Appointed Director as of 02-06-2009 and was signed by the company secretary Glenn Rolley and dated as 29-9-2009. (So he was still secretary at that time.)

Eric Kerry removed as Director as of 09-07-2009 and was signed and dated as 19/08/2009

JAH removed as director as of 09-07-09 and was signed and dated 09-07-2009

This was the case when I looked on October 29th and mo other appointments or removals have as yet been recorded or any share transactions either at this moment.

So can Glenn Rolley please confirm how a Director and Company Secretary does not know about an outstanding tax bill.

Ignorance?
Stupidity?
Gullibility?
Corruption?

I have been away since last Friday morning and only just picked up on some of the questions raised on the Forum. I will scan through all posts and endeavour to put a collective response together.

Surely a 'yes' or 'no' would have been quicker? I wouldnt have thought you would need to 'endeavour to put a collective response together', you could just 'answer the question' instead.

Yes or no?

No longer Company Secretary though stepping down from that roll, with a Glowing Testimonial from Peter Trembling.
"He is a credit to the Football Club & has its best interests at heart at all times, he is a pleasure to work with, supporting them with every thing they have implemented in a meticulous manner", says Peter Trembling.

A Nottingham law firm will take over duties as company secretary.

Which would mean that he WAS Company Secretary before.

So how does a Company Secretary not know about about a outstanding tax bill?

Would the former Company Secretary please explain what the " number Financial Anomalies" that are being investigated relate to, to the Trust Membership.
As Majority Sharehoders at the period of time being refered to why were we not made aware of these Anomalies before now.

As Director and Company Secretary of 1862 the Trust Chair would have had access to all financial information. Can he please explain why he did not inform the Trust membership of the "financial anomilies" referred to by Peter Trembling earlier today?

This has received national news coverage.

Its justified all the doubts that fans have expressed about the Trust over the last year and its hugely embarrassing for all Trust members.

Glenn should do the honourable thing and resign from the Trust Board.

From the Daily Telegraph.

quote:
In an attempt at transparency, the club’s executive chairman Peter Trembling disclosed that the club are investigating irregularities presided over by the former ownership, but he would not divulge what those anomalies are, or what they could mean for the club.

Even though the information has been offered voluntarily, it will still be cause of some anxiety for supporters. It was only last week that Notts County “resolved the dispute" over a £150,000 tax debt to HM Revenue & Customs. Had they held off paying the settlement even one more day they would have been required to appear in the bankruptcy court.

It now appears as though the investigation into the club’s finances has thrown up further issues that were not discovered when owners Qadbak bought the club through Munto Finance.

“Our supporters will be aware of an outstanding sum of money with HMRC which was resolved last week,” Trembling said. “In dealing with this matter and as a result of further and ongoing due diligence, we have uncovered a number of financial anomalies that are being investigated.

“In an ideal world, a longer period of due diligence would have been entered into before the acquisition of the club. However, the circumstances of the club and the start of the football season dictated that the purchase had to be completed in a much shorter timeframe in order to protect the long-term best interests of the club.”

I am not a director of the Football Club or the company secretary.

Since the takeover I have assisted Peter Trembling in transitioning the new regime in an effort to help the club.

I have not been involved in any day to day running of the football club and have not had prior visibility of any of the recent media speculation.

Glenn Rolley
Trust Chairman

I’ll make this really easy for you as its obvious you are not bright enough to answer written questions.

Peter Trembling referred to “financial anomalies” during the Trust tenure. Could you please, therefore, confirm which, if any, of these statements are true.

• Peter Trembling is mistaken about the “financial anomalies”
• You as a Director of Blenheim 1862 were too busy to notice these anomalies in the financial information supplied by the Club.
• You as a Director of Blenheim 1862 did not understand the financial information supplied by the Club.
• You as a Director of Blenheim 1862 were aware of the anomalies but lied to the Trust membership about the financial status of the Club.
• You as a Director of Blenheim 1862 were supplied with financial information which did not contain any anomalies.

I am happy for you to supply an alternative explanation but please don’t use words like “transitioning” as my eyes may start bleeding.

I assume you are NO LONGER a Director of the football club or its company secretary, but you were until very recently. Would that be correct Glenn?

What? What are you talking about? On the "Threat to Blenheim" thread you have stated

All active club board members were aware of this.

What exactly was the period of time when you were Company Secretary/Director of Blenheim 1862? A start date and end date will suffice since its an easy question.
