"How much money I cannot tell you but we have proof of funds. It is the most substantial in the club's history. And they have a bank guarantee. It is cast iron."

Armstrong-Holmes made it clear if Munto fail to fulfil the investment agreed over the next five years, the bank would. It was already in writing.

"The people we are dealing with are the most honourable people I have ever met. Anything owed to Haydn Green's estate they will honour," he added.

Did you even read the bloody contract?

Come On Glenn Rolley, in the words of Delia Smith, "LETS BE 'AVIN YOU".

If you have any feelings for The Club & Trust Membership that you represent either Stand Up & Be Counted or Resign, giving the Membership the opportunity to rebuild from the ashes of the Debacle that you have presided over.

For over three months you have remained in Sleep Mode, it is know time to for you & your fellow Trust Board Member to Fall upon Your Swords & Resign with immediate effect.

Goodbye & Thanks for What, we ask.

Every Thing Forward & Trust In The Lord.

There's a slightly dignified way to go and there's being forced to go by the members. If the former doesnt happen, the latter undoubtedly will

I think you have to take the Trust back to first principles, work to regain the legitimacy it once had and was then pissed away, and move on from there. To that end, I'd assist in organising an election to form a new board.

The one person who I feel more than any other should step forward from the Shadows is John Armstrong Holmes, he above all others was the one who preached about Munto being the greatest product since Sliced Bread, "The Real Deal" was also used to describe it too.

We cannot loose, we have a letter that guarantees The Club £5 million, if they Munto walk away he preached, well John the Balls in Your Court, where is this £5 million. How come you as an aleged Local Buisnessman took this offer as Red, where is the Due Dilligence that you & your fellow Trust Board Members conducted on this deal.

You & The Other Members of the Trust Board were elected by the Membership to act as Guardians of The Club, you were our trusted representatives placed in your roles by election of the membership. Sadly you should all be ashamed of the way you lead us all to believe that this deal was the one to take the club forward to new dimensions.

Of course all may not be lost because I am sure you carried out Due Dilligence on Munto Finance & you will be contacting the Trusts Solicitors enabling us to take the appropriate action to recover the money.

Without wishing to appear Factious John how long would you expect the Trust Membership to hold their breath for, Aye.

P.S. Ray Trew has had his Lawyers read this letter John & Glenn, their opinion is that it is not worth the paper it is written on. As for the Real Deal well, Surprise, Surprise Munto never put a single Brass Farthing in The Club.

Every Thing Forward & Trust In The Lord.

Given that it now appears that Munto put in

NO MONEY AT ALL

does it appear that gifting OUR shareholding to this outfit is one of the most ludicrous, bizarre, despicable, outrageous actions ever taken by a body put in place to represent the fans.

If we are going to have a second incarnation of the Supporters Trust can we please ensure that this whole episode is looked into, in detail and appropriate legal action is taken if necessary to bring these criminals to justice.

A fraud has been committed and we owe it to ourselves and others to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Absolutely correct GranthamPie, but more importantly I for one think it is vital that not just the Trust Membership, but all the Supporters are once & for all given the the real truth regarding the Munto Finance Deal & matters leading up to it. To many issues have been buried & stones have been left unturned Alegedly.

If the appropriate authorities have to be bought into The Club to clear this hideous debacle up, then so be it, there are some connected with our Club that must know what occured during this period.

We all have the right to know who jepodised the future of The Club even if its to only make sure they are not allowed with in a million miles of it ever again.

Every Thing Forward & Trust In The Lord.

The 5 million should come in handy, 4 million to pay off debts and 1 million to play with. All we need to know now is where it is!
Seriously though, I stood there with everyone else when we were told about the promised land and handed over our shares. Everything had been verified everything was in order, we hqad nothing to worry about. What total, utter incompetence! I feel violated, we have been let down by people who pleaded with us to trust them. Where are they now?

Glenn Rolley Trust Chairman Extrodinaire,

Is it really almost eight months ago when you were pontificating to All & Sundry about the amazing amounts of money that Munto were bringing to Notts County. I have seen the letter of Guarantee, you cried out to me one Saturday, you won't believe it more money than we have ever seen, I cannot go into detail about it, we cannot loose they will give us five million pounds if they leave before the five years is up, Alegedly.

Glenn they barely managed five months, so where is the five million pounds,or has that too gone up in a Puff of Smoke just like King, Willets & The Ring Master Trembling. You know what really is getting up the Trust Members Noses its the fact that none of The Trust Board have seen their way clear to respond to the questions on this Message Board, let alone acknowledge that they have read them, that alone is Disgraceful.

We did not elect any of you to be ignored, even more sadly you have not found the etiquette to appologise to the Membership for the diabolical mess you have contributed towards placing the Club in, by the lack of forsight to conduct Due Dilligence on Munto Finance, Alegedly.

I fear the only way forward for The Trust is for you all to Resign leaving the way clear for the appropriate procedure to be put in motion, to call an EGM & take nominations to form a New Trust Board, which we the membership hope will be more Worldly Wiser than the last One, Alegedly.

Every Thing Forward & Trust In The Lord.

Perhaps we should begin to list the questions we would like answers to:
1. Were lawyers appointed to carry out due diligence on Munto?
2. If so where is their report?
3. If not, why not?
4. Who carried out due diligence and where is their report?
5. Did lawyers view and comment on the 'guarantee'?
6. If so where is their conclusion?
7. If they OK'd it are we suing them for professional incompetence?

There are many, many more questions which must be answered.
