Ok so now the SGM is out the way I would like to know how to raise some issues at the next AGM, starting with investment:

1. I would like to see a vote of the trust members to say that the trust is prepared to give up its majority stake for investment in NCFC.

Investment won't happen overnight so lets go onto the changing of the trust rules to ensure that the situation of the past couple of months NEVER repeats itself:

1. Changes so that supporter directors are not full members of NCST board, as in they are there to report to the trust board but do not in fact sit on it. It confuses matters that people can sit on both boards
2. Put in writing what financial information members of NCST board are entitled to at any given time.
3. NCST board to be "thinned". 15 on a board (before all this kicked off) is ludicrous and encourages a talking shop mentality 8 would be large enough IMHO
4. Minutes of every board meeting are to be posted on NCST website within 30 days of the meeting.
5. If there are fractures even in the smaller board these are to be raised on the NCST message board first (or by calling a SGM), before writing to the NEP.

Nigel do you have any idea how I can raise these?
