I was originally co-opted until the AGM and did not stand for election as I did not wish to continue. After the AGM I was asked whether I would be willing to be co-opted again given the lack of numbers on the Board. Immediately after the AGM I indicated to Glen that I would be willing to continue. However, I subsequently changed my mind and decided that for a number of reasons - including the fact that I had not put myself forward for election - I should not continue on the Board. At that point I wrote to the remaining Board members tendering my resignation. So it is the case that Glen's statement that I had been co-opted after the AGM is correct but I subsequently resigned. So there you go. Whilst I may not always make the right dsecisions I am more than happy to give honest answers to straightforward questions from fellow Trust members.

Thanks for the clarification Paul.

So this means that Glenn has failed, again, to inform the membership of board changes.

Glenn - would you care to comment as to why you think Paul not continuing seems to be not relevant to the membership considering the board is currently not quorate?

Glenn Rolley, the trust's chairman now and before the takeover, said today he remains convinced that the takeover was "in the best interests of the club", because money "far beyond my expectations" was brought to it.

"As far as I know, there is solid money there," Rolley said. "I have every confidence that the people involved are decent, and people are entitled to remain anonymous. A bank guarantee for multi-millions of pounds is in place."

Morning Glenn,

Has this Bank Gaurantee worth "Millions of Pounds" arrived in our Bank Account as of yet.

I, like all of the Trust Membership, well those of us that remain would like to be kept up to speed, if that is possible.
