I don't think we have anything like this Trust in The Netherlands, so forgive me my ignorance. I have a few questions to get the idea of a Trust:

1. How do you become a member?
2. What does being a member imply?
3. How can the members make a difference in the club's future? Can they 'overrule' the owner's of the club?

Ad, (I assume it's Ad, forgive me if you're not Ad)

1/ There isn't a Trust yet, but when there is there will probably be an annual membership fee.
2/ Here's my take on it, forgive me if I make an error. You will be a shareholder in the Trust, part of your initial membership fee going towards buying one share. NO ONE can have more than one share. I'm second guessing the constitution, but we will all vote in a committee and we'll take it from there.
3/ We, the people who are now the Temporary working group, felt that the Supporters of Notts County didn't have a unified voice. It would have been nice to have had such a voice in the past, but it is going to be much more important in the future, because of the administration and the vehicles proposed for getting the club out of admninstration. There are discussions going on today about the future of Notts County, our club, that we, the Supporters, will have no influence over. That's wrong. Our degree of influence will depend on the level of membership and the cooperation of the people that the Trust are dealing with.

Just to add to Phil's comments
1. There will be a annual membership fee -though some trusts who need money urgently have a life membership category where you pay 10-15 times the annual subscription for life membership
2.0ne pound (approx 1.5 euro) of your first years subscription buys you a share in the trust. This share cannot be traded, sold or given away and reverts to the trust if you cease to be a member. This only hapens in your first year of membership so you only can ever get 1 share.
