Trust Board Minutes

Hi there,

Is there any reason why no Trust Board minutes post January 2009 are available on the Trust's website?

If you are having technical difficulties uploading them, then by all means send them to me by email, and I'll happily host them on my personal web space for you, as a temporary measure.

Thank you for your kind offer.

Since Nigel left the Trust Board we have not had the resource or bandwidth to cover this. We are in the process of co-opting a new Board member who’s role will be to focus on this aspect.

How did Nigel leaving affect the bandwidth?

Nigel didnt prepare the minutes that were published here either, the secretary did that.

You have not had the "bandwidth"? I assume you mean your broadband connection is not suitable to upload the documents? If you mean in terms of resources of people then you really have made yourself sound like David Brent.

For the record "bandwidth" is computer terminology and the definition of "bandwidth" is "a data transmission rate; the maximum amount of information (bits/second) that can be transmitted along a channel"

I have been away since last Friday morning and only just picked up on some of the questions raised on the Forum. I will scan through all posts and endeavour to put a collective response together.

Who is this new board member? Why can't you take up Martin on his offer or do as I suggested and post them on this forum?

Have you co-opted this member yet who will deal with uploading the minutes?

If you are still struggling for time to upload them then please feel free to email them to me direct and I will take the time to post them on the forum as a temporary measure.

Also could you clarify who the current board members are (elected and co-opted) please.
