In reference to JAH's recent comments about restoring fans faith http://www.thisisnottscounty.co.uk/news/Magpies-chief-hopes-signings-restore-fans-faith/article-1019874-detail/article.html]which you can read here.

How easily fooled does he think we are? We've signed a couple of half-decent midfielders and a non-league striker who scored 4 goals in 40 games last season - and we're supposed to believe we're promotion candidates again?!?

The crowd are restless for two things at the moment that we haven't had for years - a decent striker and some financial investment.

The investment scenario has been dragging on for so long that few of us actually believe JAH about it anymore. We sit and watch the likes of Chesterfield getting serious money in - in less than half the time it's taken JAH to get nowhere. Funny how that seemed to fizzle out directly after he won the vote to stay, hey? It doesn't help when Roy Parker makes comments about how he can raise £600,000 during a walk round the ground (article where he said that here). Where is this money then Roy?

As for the striker- - i'm worried. We seem to be concentrating our efforts on Billy Clarke, who would be a great signing, but is very unlikely. Apart from that we've signed up Westcarr - who deserves a chance from the fans now he's here, but is probably the least inspiring signing we've made in years! The ghost of SWD will haunt that lad unless he scores goals for us early on.

Basically i'm not expecting a direct answer from the Trust on this individual query, I would be interested to read your comments but it's rare we get an answer to anything these days. But i'm well sick of the 'all media talk and no action' approach we seem to get from our elected officials.

But i'm eager to see what gets done over the next few weeks. If it's good enough i'll buy a season ticket and hail JAH as a hero. If it's not then, like many others, i'll do my best to hound JAH out of Meadow Lane for the good of my club. And I reckon there are at least 1000 magpies who feel similarly to me on that.

getting rid JAH wont change anything at all we just get another supporter in control who dont have money to invest in the club, we still have all this infighting what going off now, we always going have invest talk but nothing happens.

we need to get the trust board to give away their shake in the club for free let get people in who got money to invest i'm not saying we will get someone with million & million to spend just someone who can give us a budget to get us into the Championship

Agreed with that. But I hate being patronised as a paying fan and JAH seems quite good at it.

An investor is best case scenario - however it happens. Aside from that then i'd rather vote someone else in to head up the (supposedly democratic) organisaion that you feel you can trust more and believe in.

Is JAH still planning on staying on as Chairman after investment (despite the fact he has no cash to put in)? It's things like that which make me very wary of his motives...

Overall I think we're getting very frustrated at seeing smaller clubs (and let's face it, it's only been in the last 5-10 years that Chesterfield have overtaken us on the field) finding investment so much easier to come by than we do.

The carrot has been dangled for 10months and got JAH settled in his place. But when will the horse actually get fed?

i dont think there anybody else that any better than JAH there EX trust members but they tired & failed us for far to long now,

if we go down this road of removeing JAH in the future then we should replace him with somebody new who asn't had anything to do with notts sinse we come out of administrator

i know why these smaller club as overtaken us because that never got rid of there youth set up or there reserve teams, i think was the biggest mistake notts have done since forming

i knew we would be like this when i first heard this was going to happen.

this why we finding it so hard to find investment who will want to invest in a club without these thing
