Hi, I was just looking arround the website and noticed the Minutes section under Documents and was intrested to know if this section will be updated?

Admittedly May 2006 was a while ago perhaps a note on the page should be made if no further minutes will be uploaded

Due to various circumstances beyond anybody's control, there've been some technical hitches with updating the website recently. Fortunately, it looks like we've got some solutions to those hitches, so any backlog of updates etc should be processed over the next few weeks - people's time, of course, permitting!

Some technical hitches uploading stuff to the website recently? Obvioulsy not the same hitches that didnt stop you uploading to the website the news about suspending Stu or the trust statements, etc etc?

Thank you for publishing the minutes as promised. I am now desperately trying to find time to read them to try and come to my own judgement as to recent events within the Trust Board.

I note that at least one of my posts has disapeared, why is that? Is it because it contained criticism of the Trust Secretary? If so then I do not believe that is a good enough reason for censoring my views. No minutes were published for 13 months, in any circumstances that is poor, in the present climate it compeletly unacceptable.

My post contained no personal abuse and no unsubstantiated accusations. It did express my view that a Secretary who has failed to properly undertake his responsibilities should resign. The Trust Board and/or site moderators may diasagree, however that is not a good enough reason for censorship. If there is another reason you do not wish to discuss in public then feel free to email me with an explanation.

click your username by your post and then "View recent posts."

The board minutes are only up to 13th Jan. Any chance they could be brought up to date before tomorrows meeting since these are the meetings that a lot of "issues" were discussed.

Or are these subject to some "gagging" order as well?

There won't be any updates before the meeting; we are concentrating now on the meeting organisation.

Now the SGM has come and gone I would have thought you would have more free time to get the minutes up to date now?

No 2008 AGM minutes either, it really is a shoddy state of affairs
