Hi,

Ray Trew, quoted in the Evening Post:

"I have to be careful because I don't want to prejudice the police investigation, but we believe there are certainly activities which have gone on here that warrant the police being called in."

- From http://is.gd/96p89

This is a very worrying development. The Trust must comment, as a matter of priority.

Second, the Trust Board has repeatedly failed to answer questions, from me and others, on the nature of the due diligence it undertook prior to recommending the Munto proposal to its members. This must be rectified, publicly, as a matter of urgency.

Should this information not be forthcoming from the Trust Board - and in the public domain - then I, too, shall join the calls for the resignation of the remaining Trust Board members.

Thanks.

Martin.

The due diligence issues must be addressed. The trust members were asked to respect Munto's annonymity and gift the shares. The assumption was that extensive due diligence had been carried out. Where is the evidence of this due diligence?
