People change their email address frequently - they change their home address less frequently. With this fact in mind that your membership email database may be out of date would it be more prudent to snail-mail to ensure you reach maximum chance that member has been notified? Also given that Stu Rolley was a trust board member and would have been on the Trust Board emailing group (googlemail groups I believe) you would have thought you would have got his email address right at least!

Maybe Stuart Rolley inadvertently forwarded his E mail address incorrectly, these things happen when you are working under pressure every working day Bazza. I appreciate we all make mistakes but as ManchesterMagpie has just said "he received the trust newsletters but not the SGM notification" - where did they get his email address wrong there? How many people out there are unaware that there is even a SGM taking place that are members because they have not received any notifications/newsletters etc?
