The news from the club is that the new kit will be launched in July. They are in discussions with more than one probable sponsor.

Are the terms of the new sponsorship deal likely to be improved on the last sponsorship deal we had ?

Paul, as I said this is progress so I can't answer that question. I'm sure that the club negotiate as favourable terms as possible. It could turn out that eventual sponsor might not want the terms made public.

The club's statement on the Rugby Club deal did say it "is on much more favourable terms from our point of view."

Michael Johnson has signed for next season.

Yes the sponsor may not wish for the terms to be announced but a simple comment of an improved deal on last season would satisfy.
