After the victory against Cambridge United, fans congregated in the Meadow Club for the latest of the regular fans’ forum organised by the Supporters Trust. Present from the Trust was Keri Usherwood and Nigel King (Chair and Vice Chair respectively) who were later joined by Chief Executive Patrick Nelson, to respond to fans’ queries and concerns.

Notts County Supporters Trust is helping to distribute 1,862 free tickets to local community groups and ‘worthy causes’ for the ‘BIG THANK YOU’ match between Notts County and Wycombe Wanderers on 11th December.

At the recent Supporters Direct conference, East Midlands Trusts, of which NCST is a member, put forward a resolution, which was passed after some friendly debate. It called for the powers that be to recognise that football fans had a right to sit on the official, governing bodies of the game.

TENS of thousands of football fans are putting aside tribal differences on Saturday in a mass display of unity to save one of the football league’s oldest clubs. The Fans United day of action on Saturday 20 November will see peaceful demonstrations at every football ground in England and Wales as well as a huge gathering of fans from different clubs at Wrexham FC’s Racecourse Ground.

A number of Trust Board members recently attended the 4th Annual Supporters Direct Conference, held at the British Library in London. David Hindley and Supporter Director Steve Thompson were both invited to be speakers, contributing to workshop sessions on developing community links, Trusts after a crisis, and being a club director.
